Scrapbook Affair takes no responsibility for damaged goods received once they have left our building. Australia Post is our favoured carrier and all damages must be claimed through them. However if the packaging is undamaged (photo proof of packaging required) or there is a manufacturing fault, goods can be returned at customers cost and reimbursement applied for when product is inspected and proven to be either faulty or damaged. We do not issue refunds for change of mind . Here at Scrapbook Affair we will do our utmost to replace your faulty manufactured goods or issue a store credit.
